We’re seeking a highly motivated and proactive Community & Event Manager to drive Promova’s vibrant culture and elevate our employer brand! If you’re a systematic thinker, a communication whiz, someone who embraces challenges, and are ready to take ownership of initiatives, this is your dream role.
Your Impact:
- Energize our events: plan and execute internal (corporate events, workshops, team buildings) and external events (industry conferences, meetups, career fairs) that not only delight but leave a lasting impression. We value creativity and out-of-the-box thinking!
- Broadcast our vibe: сollaborate with the Talent Team to develop and implement a communication strategy for our employer brand in Ukraine and worldwide. Represent Promova at external events, design activities that showcase our unique culture and values. Your energy and drive will be key!
- Analyze and elevate: gather feedback, analyze key metrics, prepare reports, and implement recommendations to improve future activities. We value a systematic approach and a commitment to continuous development.
- Build communities that thrive: launch knowledge-sharing programs, organize thematic communities, and support team initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth. Your proactivity and ability to connect people will be highly valued.

What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience coordinating work with designers and copywriters.
- Proficiency in using interactive online tools for event preparation (we want someone comfortable with modern technologies).
- Experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (communicating with an international audience is an important part of the job).
- Ability to host and moderate internal events. Your energy and ability to ignite an audience will be invaluable.
