We are looking for a Strategy Manager for our Growth Team — a business unit focused on management consulting, strategy development, and searching for new prospective niches for entry for our portfolio companies, as well as the launch of B2C focused web and mobile applications.

We seek proactive candidates who possess substantial field expertise and would empower our growth team with their relentless drive to turn their own ideas into actionable hypotheses and then into working business solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the strategy development of portfolio companies;
  • Search and analysis of prospective niches for entry;
  • Identification and analysis of bottlenecks in portfolio-wide processes;
  • Supporting delivery of ad-hoc requests from portfolio companies;
  • Supporting portfolio-wide knowledge-sharing projects;
  • Conducting market and product analysis;
  • Support M&A-related activities for portfolio companies.

Hard Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, valuation, transactions support, IB, PE, VC, or other consulting & investment related positions;
  • Proven experience in business process optimization, strategy development, and business analysis;
  • Ability to decompose, analyze and interpret key financial and operational business metrics;
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Financial modeling skills;
  • Advanced skills in conducting research and visualizing it in the form of presentations;
  • Advanced level of English.

Would be a plus:

  • Basic understanding of key product metrics for mobile applications (both gaming and non-gaming);
  • Understanding the capabilities and limitations of major mobile intelligence services (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc.);
  • Experience with popular analytics tools for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
