We are looking for an Influencer Community Lead for a new social shopping application targeting the U.S. market. This mobile app makes shopping more engaging and smarter.

Key responsibilities:

  • Trend Analysis: Monitoring and identifying emerging trends on TikTok and Instagram Shorts.
  • Develop and launch the Ambassador Program: Define program structure, incentives, and strategies for ambassador acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Recruitment & Outreach: Identify, attract, and onboard influencers, creators, and community leaders who align with the vision and target audience.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with ambassadors through regular communication, support, and strategic partnerships.
  • Content & Campaign Management: Coordinate creative content strategies, campaigns, and activations with ambassadors, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor ambassador program KPIs, analyze results, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI and growth.
  • Community Building: Create a vibrant community among ambassadors, encouraging collaboration, idea-sharing, and continued loyalty to company.
  • Team Leadership: Hire and lead the team to scale the Ambassador Program.

    Measures of success:

    • Number of active ambassadors.
    • Amount of organic app installs.

    Skills and knowledge required:

      Must-Have:

      • Strong understanding of video content trends (TikTok and Instagram Reels).
      • Experience in influencer marketing and talent negotiation.
      • Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple productions simultaneously.
      • Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams.
      • English B2+.

      Desirable:

      • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and e-commerce content strategies.
      • Experience working in a startup environment.

        Professional experience required:

        Must-Have:

        • 2-4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, or community management.
        • Strong familiarity with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and influencer ecosystems.
        • Proven track record in building, launching, or scaling successful ambassador/influencer marketing initiatives.
        • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
        • Highly organized, strategic thinker with analytical skills.
        • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, thriving in roles with autonomy and responsibility.
