We are looking for a Video Content Manager / Producer for a new social shopping application targeting the U.S. market. This mobile app makes shopping more engaging and smarter.

Key responsibilities:

  • Trend Analysis: Monitor and identify emerging trends in short-form video content and social commerce.
  • Talent Sourcing & Management: Find, negotiate with, and manage actors, influencers, and presenters for video production.
  • Production Coordination: Oversee the filming process, including ordering products for review and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Content Publishing: Schedule and manage the publishing of video content on the platform.
  • Budget & Payments: Handle contracts, payments, and agreements with actors and influencers.

Measures of success:

  • Increase video engagement metrics (views, shares, comments, and conversions).
  • Growth in creator/influencer collaboration network.
  • Efficiency in production timelines and budgets.
  • Higher product purchases driven by video content.
  • Successful execution of multiple video campaigns per month.

Key challenges in this role:

  • Finding and negotiating with the right actors/influencers within budget constraints.
  • Keeping up with fast-changing trends in video content.
  • Managing production timelines efficiently.
  • Ensuring video content drives user engagement and conversions.
  • Balancing creative and performance-driven content strategies.

Skills and knowledge required:

Must-Have:

  • Strong understanding of video content trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate video production teams.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and talent negotiation.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple productions simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills for actor/influencer agreements.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and content optimization.
  • English B2+.

Desirable:

  • Experience with paid advertising and performance tracking of video content.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and e-commerce content strategies.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.

Professional experience (Must-have and desirable):

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in content production, influencer marketing, or video project management.
  • Proven track record of running successful social media video campaigns.
  • Experience sourcing and managing actors/influencers.
  • Hands-on experience in video content strategy and publishing.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with e-commerce or affiliate marketing-driven content.
  • Prior experience managing a small content team.
