We are currently looking for an HR Generalist who knows how to build processes from scratch and is not afraid to take responsibility for improving the current flow. Responsibilities:

  • Support of the onboarding process (meeting, adaptation presentation).
  • Developing and implementing the KPI setting process for employees and teams, monitoring and adjusting them as needed.
  • Organizing and conducting a Performance review.
  • Conducting the exit process.
  • Formation of a bonus system for employees.
  • Oversee the human resources budget and optimize personnel-related costs.
  • Assistance in the formation of the organizational structure.
  • Work with HR analytics, implementation and change of people processes based on HR metrics
  • Assistance in organizing training, team building episodes, and tuition reimbursement.
  • Maintaining an employee database in the HR CRM system.
  • Timely informing teams about news and updates.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating company policies and HR tools, communicating them to employees.
  • Formation of a system of benefits and compensation.

Hard Skills:

  • 3+ years in a similar position in an IT company
  • Organization and support of all HR processes (onboarding, exit, review, communications, HR policies).
  • Work with the HR system.
  • Formation of the organizational structure and assistance with its adjustment in accordance with business scaling.
  • Experience in forming compensation and benefits policies. Work with budgeting.
  • Skills in working with HR analytics, knowledge of key HR metrics.
  • Experience in creating motivational and personality maps of employees. Conducting and interpreting methods for determining personality types and formulating recommendations in accordance with them (for example, the Myers-Briggs method).

  • Communication skills: you find a way to approach different people and create trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. You communicate correctly and clearly in oral and written form.
  • Self-organization and time management: prioritize your own tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to provide it honestly.
