Currently, we are looking for Customer Success Manager (non-Genesis) for the product company DeckRobot.

DeckRobot has a proven product-market fit. We work with large Enterprise clients in 26 countries, 4 continents, and have HQ in San Francisco and Sales Offices in London and New York.

We have a unique product with daily use and a target market of 1 billion users. We aim to become the global market leader in 2022.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication in English - other languages would be a plus
  • Understanding the International Enterprise sales approach and SaaS model
  • Experience working with the international market - will be a plus
  • Desire to develop in an ambitious team with a cool product

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting high-quality onboarding for DeckRobot clients
  • Collecting feedback from users of our product during the onboarding process
  • Monitoring metrics on product usage and entering data in the Power BI
