Now we’re scaling fast and looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help drive operational excellence in our creative and marketing teams.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and systems-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing marketing team. Your mission will be to optimize, automate, and scale the operational processes behind our creative engine. You’ll work side-by-side with our Creative Lead and Head of Marketing, becoming the operational brain of the creative function.

This is a T-shaped role, perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a desire to explore multiple areas of marketing. You’ll be building the backbone of a high-performing marketing function with a potential for growing in different directions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize marketing operations – take full ownership of creative and marketing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
  • Drive automation and tech integration – implement tools and AI solutions to streamline reporting and routine tasks.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment – coordinate efforts between creative, marketing, product, and analytics teams for seamless execution.
  • Lead performance tracking – build dashboards, document processes, and deliver insights that support data-driven decisions.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in operations, strategy, finance, or analytical roles — ideally in consulting, Big 4, FMCG, startups, or large corporates.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation — strong command of ChatGPT, AI agents, and workflow automation (Python or no-code tools preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools — you love experimenting and finding smarter, faster ways to work.
  • Analytical mindset and systems thinking — you enjoy breaking down processes and rebuilding them better.
  • Strong communicator and team player — able to collaborate across functions and clearly explain complex ideas.
  • Proactive self-starter — you don’t wait for instructions; you spot inefficiencies and fix them.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

  • Experience with project management systems (AirTable, Asana, Notion)
