We are looking for a proactive and ambitious User Acquisition Manager to join our R&D product in the field of LegalTech (B2C). As a UAM, you'll play a key role in acquiring new users through Google Ads, Bing Ads, and will explore additional acquisition channels to scale the product.

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing ads campaigns, including testing hypotheses and different optimization models.
  • Generating hypotheses to improve the efficiency of attracting new users and scaling.
  • Testing other marketing channels such as email marketing, organic search, and Meta ads.
  • Planning and managing 6-figure advertising budgets.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensuring high-quality traffic and maximizing conversions.


  • 2+ years of experience as a PPC/SEM Specialist/User Acquisition Manager.
  • Extensive practical experience in user acquisition through Google ads, including strategy development and budget optimization.
  • Experience with Tier - 1 market.
  • Experience with marketing budgets from $100k/month.
  • Ability to generate new ideas and creative approaches to campaign optimization and problem solving.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian language.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with other marketing channels such as Meta ads, email marketing, and SEO.
