We are looking for a Data/Marketing Analyst to enhance our data-driven marketing strategies and improve the efficiency of our acquisition channels. This role is crucial in analyzing traffic from multiple platforms, identifying hidden patterns, weaknesses, and opportunities for product growth.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Develop and optimize marketing analytics and reporting to track key performance metrics.
  • Analyze results and track the effectiveness of acquired traffic to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify growth opportunities and generate data-driven hypotheses for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align data insights with marketing strategies.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support marketing and business decisions.
  • Test and validate marketing hypotheses to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize traffic acquisition strategies based on data analysis.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 1+ year of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or Product Analyst.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • SQL skills for database management and analysis of large datasets.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving approach.
  • Basic understanding of marketing processes and metrics with a willingness to grow in this area.
  • English level B1 or higher.
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude for user behavior tracking.
