🔹 Analyze job market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and pipeline conversion rates to refine our talent acquisition approach.
🔹 Identify bottlenecks in hiring funnels and implement data-backed solutions to optimize recruitment performance.
🔹 Use hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to continuously improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
🔹 Determine the best sourcing channels, tools, and resources for each vacancy to maximize reach and efficiency.
🔹 Stay ahead of recruitment innovations, implementing AI-powered tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
🔹 Experiment with creative hiring approaches—from video pitching to social media recruiting and employer branding strategies.
🔹 Continuously refine and optimize recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
🔹 Help upskill hiring managers by improving their interviewing techniques and decision-making.

🔹 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a product-driven company.
🔹 Strong project management skills—you can independently own hiring pipelines, strategies, and execution.
🔹 A data-driven mindset—you use hiring analytics and market insights to optimize recruitment performance.
🔹 Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven hiring platforms, ATS).
🔹 Strong copywriting & communication skills—you craft compelling job postings and engage candidates effectively.
🔹 English proficiency (Intermediate+ level)—we operate in a global market, and strong English skills are a must.
🔹 Adaptability & learning mindset—you thrive in fast-changing environments and quickly absorb new information.
