We’re looking for a Career Consultant to join our team. Many jobseekers struggle with confidence, identifying their strengths, and choosing the right career direction. They also need support and motivation throughout their journey.

Your mission is to inspire, support, and guide users in unlocking their potential and landing their dream jobs through our product. You’ll provide career consultations on job search strategies, resume and cover letter writing, and interview preparation — making the job search process less stressful and more effective.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide empathetic and timely customer support via email.
  • Conduct career consultations with clients via Google Meet and email.
  • Analyze user feedback to help improve the product.
  • Minimize refund risks and issues that could negatively impact the company’s reputation.

What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
  • Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.
