Hi!

Imagine leading a startup community that unites hundreds of one-of-a-kind startups from Central and Eastern Europe. Every day, you communicate with the founders of the most promising new business in the region, and your partners are tech giants such as Meta or AWS, and top investors. It’s possible if you work in the ambitious and self-motivated team of TRMNL4 at the Education Department at Genesis!

At Genesis Education Department, we:

  • Created TRMNL4 [terminal] — a connector [for] startups, investors, and global tech players. Building the most powerful startup ecosystem in the CEE region. By this day, we have finished three batches of Genesis StartUp Academy together with Meta, and even more deep-dive training programs to boost new businesses are coming. We also launched T4.Community that unites 100+ startup founders from CEE, and even crafted a unique tech solution for managing our startup ecosystem – T4.Platform.
  • Created a system of external education: our free public events were attended by more than 45,000 people, and more than 400 students studied at our schools every year — 110 of them joined the Genesis team.
  • Formed internal training programs for employees from the company's experts. Built a unique ecosystem of internal tech and non-tech communities: from 0 to 10 communities with about 1200+ participants.
  • Launched unique schools together with the top three universities in Ukraine, and every semester we add authors' disciplines from Genesis to the curriculum.
  • Launched an all-Ukrainian course for universities with more than 7,000 students participated. And we have even more achievements to share with the world!

  • Organize networking events and educational projects within the community;
  • Invent new ways of gamification, increase the value of the community and engagement level;
