We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Treasury Operations Specialist to become a vital part of our team! If you’re ready to optimize financial operations and enhance process efficiency, we’d be excited to welcome you to our team.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Executing payment operations: Processing transactions in multiple currencies, ensuring timely payments, and verifying document compliance with internal standards;
  • Compliance control: Conducting counterparty checks and monitoring transactions to ensure adherence to internal policies and sanctions requirements;
  • Daily bank account monitoring: Reconciling account transactions with internal ERP records and identifying and resolving discrepancies between bank data and ERP systems;
  • Process automation and optimization: Seeking opportunities to automate and streamline routine operational processes, implementing new tools and technologies to improve accuracy and speed of financial operations;
  • Preparing regular financial reports: Generating reports on cash flow, account balances, and payment transactions, and providing information for weekly and monthly treasury reports. Supporting analytical data for liquidity assessment and cash flow forecasting;
  • Document and audit readiness: Ensuring accurate and timely document provision for audits and internal controls, maintaining effective access and settings in online banking systems;
  • Access management and security: Ensuring secure operations, coordinating with accounting, finance, and legal departments to synchronize data and processes, offering consultations on payments, banking procedures, and timelines. Managing both internal and external documents.

What We Expect from You:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in international or leading Ukrainian companies or banks;
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level, both spoken and written;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel / MS Office;
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility in task execution.
