We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 16 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among the top 5 online language learning services worldwide. We are currently looking for a IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic Promova team and be ready to grow in DevOps in the future.
YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:
- Administration of corporate systems (Slack, Google Workspace, Jira).
- Provide professional IT support to our employees.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through Jira.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting on MacOS.
- Maintaining a registry of services and implementing policies for handling corporate data.
ABOUT YOU:
- Education in the technical field will be a significant advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Jira/Confluence and Google Workspace.
- Experience in operating/customizing/maintaining MacOS.
- English level of Intermediate or higher.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and their critical importance.
- Strong problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Initiative and desire for development.
