In 2021, we launched a new business - YouTube Multi-Channel Network SubSub. The company's portfolio includes content creators from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Africa, and other regions. As an official, certified partner of YouTube, we help them develop their media business: create, promote and monetize their content in the best possible way.

We are looking for an enterprising and experienced Creator Support Manager.

Your typical duties are:

  • creators support, potential and current ones via messenger;
  • YouTube channels moderation according to YouTube policies and MCN linking criteria;
  • mass mailing to creators on important issues and events;
  • basic YouTube channel analysis and recommendations;
  • creating posts to corporate blogs;
  • creating templates for typical questions;
  • managing company’s knowledge base.

About you:

  • 0,5+ year of work experience in a similar position;
  • interested in YouTube and video content;
  • ability and desire to learn quickly;
  • analytical mindset;
  • initiative and independence;
  • English level B2+.
