We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join the Promova team. The main goal of this role is to effectively attract users to our app and platform, Promova, through paid traffic channels so that more people (regardless of their age, location, or lifestyle) can conveniently, affordably, and efficiently learn foreign languages.

Promova is a language learning platform that includes a mobile app, a website, group courses, individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The app has already been downloaded more than 16 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The team’s goal for the next 2 years is to reach a top-5 position among online language learning services. In the next 5 years, we aim to achieve unicorn status as a company with Ukrainian roots.

Your impact:

  • Attract new users to Promova's apps (iOS, Android);
  • Effectively manage a large advertising budget to meet and exceed target volumes and ROMI;
  • Analyze and test new creatives and targeting settings;
  • Test new traffic channels and sub-products, making them profitable;
  • Analyze the market and competitors in terms of creatives, funnels, and products, generating strong hypotheses for Promova's growth;
  • Work in a cross-functional team to find ways to improve unit economics and scaling opportunities.

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing;
  • Experience with direct media buying for iOS and Android (directly via App Store / Play Store) is a must have;
  • Experience in tracking direct media buying results, preferably setting up tracking from scratch;
  • Experience with MMP (Appsflyer);
  • Experience in buying media for pre-landing pages (with in-app payments);
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions;
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel — the ability to analyze large data sets, create the necessary data cuts, and make well-grounded conclusions;
  • Understanding of the media buying process and metrics, as well as unit economics;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses based on data and analytics.
