We are currently looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic Promova team. Your main role is to support students and tutors on the Promova platform, assisting with lessons, schedules, and inquiries.

It`s a great opportunity for fluent English speakers looking to grow their careers in an international company!

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Receiving and handling customer service inquiries.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, and drafting status reports on customer service issues.
  • Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.

ABOUT YOU:

  • No prior experience is required – perfect for career starters!
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Excellent writing skills (grammar, punctuation, spelling, vocabulary).
  • Strong email and message-writing abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
