Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to take ownership of improving functionality and implementing design solutions for high NPS of AstroCRM based on user experience.
It's important to clarify that design in our company is not purely art or unrestricted creativity. Our design process is guided by data and the stage of product development, primarily with a business-oriented focus.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Operations Team, including a Product Manager, COO, FrontEnd and BackEnd Developers, as well as Analyst.
Your impact:
- Сrafting insightful UI/UX hypotheses;
- Elevating product metrics via innovative design solutions;
- Delving into user engagement, pinpointing their needs and inclinations;
- Evolving our established design system;
- Enhancing overall user experiences;
About you:
- 1,5 + year of commercial experience in a similar position;
- Strong proficiency in English, Upper Intermediate or higher;
- Solid skills in Figma;
- Navigate the intricacies of web development with ease;
- You appreciate giving, receiving and applying feedback in your work, because trust always makes sense to you;
- Embrace autonomy, driving innovation through your unique approach and skills of argumentation and solution presentation.
Would be a plus:
- Understanding key product metrics (CR, Retention, drop off);
- Experience with analytical systems (Amplitude, Hotjar, Smartlook);
- Understanding or experience in research (UX research & Customer development).
