We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team and manage relationships with key B2B customers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success with our cybersecurity services and solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services, along with a strong track record in B2B account management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with key Customers and their procurement and accounting teams.
  • Tracking project progress, providing regular updates and promptly addressing any issues that arose during execution.
  • Regular measuring and analysis of customer projects success metrics.
  • Commercial offers preparation according to RFPs and tender requests.
  • Control of customer payments.
  • Provide regular account reviews and performance reports for Customer and internal teams.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Work closely with sales, product and engineering teams.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing to maximize revenue and customer retention.
  • Participate in meetings with foreign partners and Customers.

3. Customer Success & Support:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for clients.
  • Negotiating, calculating business cases, preparing commercial offers, connecting, signing contracts and supporting clients using the company’s services.
  • Maintaining the CRM database and Project management
  • Processing customer complaints and feedback, analyzing customer inquiries and delegating them to the appropriate team. Сooperating with the Company’s teams to solve customer requests.
  • Collaboration with the technical support team to resolve client issues and ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues and complaints.
  • Reports and presentations for company management.
  • Facilitated effective communication between internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B account management, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Sales: Strong ability to identify growth opportunities, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in Ukrainian and English, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • CRM & Tools: Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex client needs and align solutions accordingly.
