We're now looking for an ambitious Marketing Account Manager to support and develop long-term relationships with clients across ongoing projects.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout all stages of the project.
  • Lead negotiations, deliver presentations, and consult clients on our services and solutions.
  • Plan and coordinate the team’s work, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track project KPIs and ensure key performance goals are achieved.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights using analytics tools.
  • Oversee financial processes, including invoice tracking and accounts receivable management.
  • Analyze project performance and suggest ways to improve metrics, optimize workflows, or expand service offerings.
  • Work closely with our internal teams such as Media Buying, Creative Marketing and PPC departments as a part of your project team.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role — as an Account/Project/Delivery Manager or as a Customer Success Manager in performance marketing or digital agency.
  • General understanding of digital marketing and growth management, key marketing metrics, the workflow with Google and META Ads.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Clear and structured communication — both spoken and written.
  • Stress resilience and the ability to handle difficult situations or demanding clients with confidence.
  • Strong planning and strategic thinking skills with ability to adapt.
  • A client-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and turn them into actionable tasks.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Familiarity with the Listen–Validate–Level–Lead (LVLL) communication framework.
