Currently, we are looking for a full-time remote Customer support specialist (non-Genesis) in product company IntellectoKids.

is one of the world’s largest developers of educational apps for children from 3 to 7 years old. The company’s apps are in the Top 10 in the Kids 5 & Under category in the App Store in 40 countries, including the United States.

About you:

  • experience in customer support from 2 years;
  • experience in working with user requests through the Zendesk system (or equivalents);
  • user interview experience;
  • English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

  • regular and timely responses to user requests through customer communication systems, reviews in stores, in chatbots on the site;
  • independent (if possible) solution of user problems with access to content by subscription, subscription sharing;
  • registration of tickets for checking bugs from user reports;
  • conducting face-to-face (audio/video) CustDev user surveys to identify their requests, design and presentation of the results to the team.
