Our team is growing fast, and now we are in search of the Solution (Account) Manager for our Compliance Team.
You will tackle the following tasks:
— Represent the interests of the company in solving complex cases of complaints from users of the service;
— Promote the active participation of partners in solving problem cases;
— Increase partners’ compliance level by helping to find a consensus between the position of the project and the partner;
— Analyze the situation of violations by the partner and present the results of the analysis to internal teams;
— Suggest edits to the terms of cooperation, product, business processes in order to reduce the number of violations and increase a positive user experience;
— Implement the proposed turnkey solutions: interaction with the legal, moderation, business development and product teams.
You are our perfect candidate if you have the following skills:
— English language. Upper-intermediate (B2) level and above (interviews can be conducted in English);
— Problem-solving. You know how to correctly identify the problem, find the best way to solve it, and are not afraid to be responsible for the decision;
— Communication/mediation skills. You easily find a common language with different people, you know how to work with objections and persuade;
— Conflict management. You know how to remain calm in conflict situations, defend your point of view reasonably, and always strive to achieve a result in a win-win format;
— Critical thinking skills. You think rationally, you can formulate sound conclusions, interpretations, and also apply the results obtained to situations and problems.
