One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.

We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.

Your Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You will primarily focus on mid- to senior management hires from global fintech / tech companies or big banks, and should have exceptional sourcing and hunting skills. Fluent English and international experience is essential for this role; understanding the global retail banking / fintech industry is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, with a focus on passive candidates that match our specific needs.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to find niche candidates in the fintech and banking sectors.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Understand global market trends in fintech and retail banking to effectively communicate with and attract candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring business managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide a compelling candidate experience, maintaining communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.

  • 10+ years of Talent acquisition experience and 5+ within international Fintech or Banking environment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for high-level and executive positions across global locations.
  • Knowledge of the global retail banking / fintech industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate selection methods.
  • Experience with recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Native speaker or Fluent English proficiency at a native speaker level.
  • Outstanding negotiation abilities.
