We are currently looking for a skilled Talent Business Partner to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, you willwork closely with our marketing business vertical. If you’re passionate about shaping high-performing teams and delivering innovative HR solutions, we want to hear from you!
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven HR experience, ideally in a dynamic or high-growth environment.
- Expertise in performance management, talent development, and conflict resolution.
- A proactive and strategic approach to addressing business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration.
- A passion for improving employee experiences and contributing to organizational success.
- At least Upper-intermediate English.
