We are looking for a Head of Payment (PSP) to lead the Payment department for an AI Social Discovery startup and build a payment infrastructure on top of it, setting up payment solutions and analytics on payment efficiency.

The range of tasks:

Building a payment infrastructure for the current project, including analytics and monitoring;
Building processes and connecting various payment methods;
Negotiating with international banks (North America, EU);
Market analysis of payment providers: PSPs, gateways, and looking for opportunities to expand and diversify payment methods for target countries;
Research and implementation of new payment methods, improvement of payment metrics;
Constantly monitor and improve payment processing performance and risk metrics;
Conducting periodic tests, research and analysis of the payment funnel in the middle of the project;
Steering technical team to effectively integrate new payments methods, MID.

What we expect from you:

At least 6 years of experience in online payments (PSP) and high-risk;
Understanding of the payment landscape and legislation in Europe and the US;
Deep understanding of payments' metrics;
Great analytical skills;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Experience with high-risk is highly desirable.
