We are currently looking for a skilled People Business Partner to join our Boosters People team. In this role, your main objective will be to drive business through effective talent management and development tools

Promova is a one-stop language learning platform that includes a mobile app, conversation clubs, group classes and one-to-one lessons with tutors. We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 14 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among top 5 online language learning services worldwide. Looking ahead, within the next five years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots!


  • 3+ years' experience of working on a People Business Partner or other relevant position;
  • Fluent English (oral and written) – B2 at least;
  • Understanding of HR best practices (focus on Talent management);
  • Experience in creating and conducting trainings and facilitations;
  • Experience in the development and implementation of HR initiatives;
  • Previous experience as Learning and Development expert is a big advantage;
  • Strong growth mindset and thirst for continuous learning;
  • Solid organizational and project management skills with business-oriented thinking;
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.


  • Work with full Talent management cycle for the biggest Boosters ecosystem product - Promova;
  • Focus on partnering with Promova line employees and first-line and middle management;
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing by coaching and advising;
  • Conduct facilitations and training activities that help talents to grow and boost their competencies;
  • Collaborate with Genesis Education team and external providers to ensure that employees receive the best possible learning outcomes and solutions;
  • Handle Performance and Salary review processes, supporting of line employees and middle management during the entire process (forms, assessment, facilitation of complex cases, salary issues, etc.);
  • Assistance to managers in the formation of development plans for line employees;
  • Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and engagement (eNPS and mgntNPS), implementation of initiatives to strengthen indicators;
  • Provide regular check-ins with middle management, as well as on-demand meetings with Individual contributors to eliminate potential retention risks;
  • Boost the culture of continuous and open feedback culture, work on strengthening project values;
  • Participate in changing People team procedures and policies in line with Promova business needs and requirements;
  • Participate in all key People team projects and initiatives;
  • Work with analytics and reporting statistics.
