We are currently looking for a Lead Manual QA Engineer that will help us improve the quality of existing and in the near future new applications and games, in setting up processes within the team, and with its direct development.

What you will do:
— Leading team of QA Engineers(4 members);
— Control over QA processes quality;
— Manual testing of mobile apps(20%);
— Documentation creation and support(Testrail);
— Estimation of testing efforts for the project;
— Test design;
— Manage priorities and set expectations when faced with many demanding tasks;
— Participate in standing team meetings.

— 2+ year of experience as QA Engineer(and at least 1 year with mobile apps);
— Experience in testing mobile applications (Android, IOS) and using Xcode/Android Studio, as well as traffic sniffing tools (e.g.: Charles);
— Solid knowledge of QA methodologies and practices;
— Experience in creating documentation and keeping it up-to-date;
— Intermediate writing and reading English skills.
— Advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box

Would be an advantage:
— Еxperience in managing a QA team;
— Experience in gaming apps QA;
— Good and clear communication skills;
— Desire to develop project management skills.
