We are currently looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to oversee the delivery frameworks, and processes, lead dev teams and project manager(s), ensure cross-functional collaboration for delivery.
Promova is a one-stop language learning platform that includes a mobile app, conversation clubs, group classes and one-to-one lessons with tutors. We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 14 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among top 5 online language learning services worldwide. Looking ahead, within the next five years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots!
ABOUT YOU:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager in a product company;
- Solid experience in people management: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, structure changes, training and development, employee engagement, conflict resolution;
- Stakeholder management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, developers, designers, and management;
- Technical understanding: While not necessarily needing to be a developer, a solid understanding of the technical aspects of app development, including programming languages, databases, APIs, and mobile app architecture;
- Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle and propose effective solutions;
- Excellent time management skills, hands-on experience in resource allocation and budgeting, basic data analysis skills;
- Experience with project management tools (Jira/Confluence, Trello);
- Agile methodologies, certification would be a great plus;
- Experience with roadmapping instruments (Confluence, ProductPlan etc);
- Presentation and collaboration tools (Notion, Miro, Figjam etc).
YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:
- Define the delivery process, workflow, frameworks and metrics system, helping the team to adapt those;
- Features delivery in deadlines and with high quality;
- Build and follow timelines in the roadmap;
- Key contact point for the stakeholders and other departments;
- People management of guild leads, localization manager and project manager;
- Build people processes necessary for team members’ growth and development;
- Team and stakeholders Agile coaching;
- Lead Tutoring squad as a project manager;
- Close work with DevOps Engineer and Automation QA Engineer for maximum automation of a process;
