Currently, we are looking for a full-time Producer (non-Genesis) product company Academy of Changes.
Academy of Changes - an educational platform for women that brings together leading market experts and practitioners. We give practical skills and knowledge necessary for every woman. For several years we have been successfully operating in the Russian market, we have attracted 2 rounds of investments, and now we have a desire to conquer the fastest growing market at the moment - the market of Latin America.
We are not a large corporation, we are positive and active entrepreneurs. We need a strong system operations director who can bring order out of chaos and quickly implement any project.
What is to be done:
We are looking for a person who will lead a new project and will build all the processes related to the development of online courses from scratch, namely:
- Analyze the market in search of promising niches;
- Test new themes;
- Search for authors for courses and negotiate with them on cooperation;
- Create courses and selling webinars;
- Search and interact with bloggers to sell courses;
- Responsible for course sales revenue, work with marketing and sales
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in EdTech as a Producer;
- Experience creating courses from scratch;
- Ability to analyze the market and understand how to find out the needs of the audience;
- Team management experience;
- Understanding of marketing, sales, webinars, funnels;
- Fluent English.
