As a Sales Development Representative, you will be vital in building Sendios Sales processes. Through the research and the primary engagement, you will form a brand and value for clients, helping us to move them forward in sales. Account Based Marketing, the foundation of our lead gen process, will allow you to work for quality, not quantity, and demonstrate creativity skills. We’re in the early days of building a world-class sales organization, and the road ahead will be fascinating.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • research potential leads and evaluate them according to ABM principles;
  • prepare customized messages for potential clients and form the first impression;
  • create the clients’ value and close leads for products demo;
  • work closely with Sales manager to build pipeline and drive deals;
  • maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers;
  • working with other functions to improve business processes.

Hard skills:

  • 0–2 years of work experience (Sales and/or SaaS experience is a +);
  • excellent written and verbal communication;
  • exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information;
  • strong organization and time management;
  • intellectual curiosity and problem-solving;
  • level of English B1.

Soft skills:

  • highly organized with an ability to meet deadlines;
  • ability to work effectively both independently and to collaborate as part of a team;
  • team player with a “can-do” attitude;
  • creative and highly motivated self-starter with a positive and flexible approach.
