We are looking for a responsible, communicative Account Success Manager who will strengthen our support team and maintain our technical support satisfaction rate.
With us, you will:
• not have routine monotonous tasks;

What you will do:
• respond to all basic L1 support requests;
• compliance with SLA;
• respond quickly and provide feedback from merchants/customers;
• monitor recurring questions and recommend necessary articles in the knowledge base.
We’re looking for someone who has:
• 1 year of experience in customer support;
• analytical skills;
• ability to prioritize tasks and requests;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
Will be an advantage:
• basic knowledge of SQL.
