At Duomo, we’re building something extraordinary — a platform for spiritual growth grounded in Christian values. We are modernizing the way over 2+ billion Christians worldwide connect with their faith, and we’re on a mission to empower, inspire, and elevate people to live for a greater purpose.

Our mission is impossible to fulfill without a talented and energetic team — so we are seeking a Content Manager to join our team of A-players. Someone who will not only build a powerful content strategy but also take ownership of content that moves people, impacts business outcomes, and influences our entire user experience.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of developing and managing content, that millions of users will engage with daily. You’ll be crafting content that inspires, educates, and empowers people to navigate and overcome the challenges of our rapidly changing world. The impact of your work will be felt across every touchpoint: from our product to our marketing campaigns and funnels, and your ability to engage users through meaningful content will directly influence key business metrics like activation, retention, and user growth.

Your future focus:

  • Develop the content strategy of Duomo with new ideas and approaches that will boost our user activation and retention via content.
  • Dive deep into various Christian topics and current trends to create insightful and engaging content for our product and marketing campaigns, ensuring theological accuracy and relevance to our target audience.
  • Create engaging content for our email marketing campaigns to captivate and retain our audience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to analyze key product metrics and user feedback on your developed materials, utilizing data-driven insights to improve, supplement, and expand our content.

About you:

  • 1+ years of experience in copywriting, with the ability to provide examples of articles or posts in English.
  • Proficiency in English at B2+ level for producing text that reads perfectly to native speakers.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work, attention to detail.
  • Creative, open to feedback, and a team player with strong communication skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Theological knowledge, familiarity with Christian values and teachings.

What do we offer:

  • Being a part of the newly launched business, which gives you the opportunity and a clear path to build your career;
  • Strong team with a focus on the result;
  • A culture, built on the principles of efficiency and common sense in decision-making;
  • Learning opportunities: mentoring from senior professionals, internal schools and educational events, 13 professional communities (including Content community), opportunities to attend external courses;
  • A comfortable office in Kyiv/Warsaw and one of the best benefits packages on the market: insurance, 20 working days of vacation, lunches and breakfasts, and snacks.
