We’re seeking a highly motivated and curious Junior Product Manager to help us build world-class language learning solutions used by millions. With 20M+ downloads globally, over 1.8M monthly active users, and generating $40M+ in annual revenue, our product is already making a massive impact — and we’re just getting started. About You:

  • 0.5+ years of experience in a mobile B2C product team (internship or full-time).
  • Hands-on experience using LLMs (Large Language Models) for research or decision-making processes.
  • Working knowledge of product analytics and core metrics (LTV, CAC, Retention, Activation, Churn).
  • Basic experience with A/B testing and user research for hypothesis validation.
  • Understanding of tools like JIRA, Trello, and frameworks like Scrum.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
  • English level B2 or higher—you feel comfortable in English-speaking environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with OKR-based planning and structured goal setting.
  • Previous work on EdTech products or strong interest in education technology.
  • Comfortable presenting or moderating internal events or team discussions.
  • A background or interest in community-driven product development.

Your Areas of Impact:

  • Drive Activation & Retention: Generate data-informed hypotheses to increase Activation Rate and Day-1 Retention (RR D1).
  • Validate Ideas Rapidly: Use user interviews, feedback loops, and A/B testing to validate (or invalidate) ideas.
  • Craft Clear Documentation: Translate validated ideas into actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and work closely with engineering/design to bring them to life.
  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Stay in sync with developers, marketers, and data analysts to ensure smooth releases and iterative learning.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize user pain points and co-build a feature roadmap grounded in real-world insights.
  • Product Thinking: Grow your product sense by engaging in deep research, interpreting behavior, and shaping impactful solutions.
