Role overview:

We seek a driven and strategic Middle Content Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with content partners. Your focus will be on mid-sized and smaller content providers, helping us expand our content library and ensuring seamless delivery and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Monitoring & Competitive Analysis: Track and analyze new releases and trends in competitors’ content to identify opportunities for Holywater’s platform.
  • Business Development (BizDev): Build relationships with smaller and mid-sized content partners, preparing for the scalability of these partnerships over time.
  • Account Management: Manage ongoing relationships with less prioritized partners, ensuring consistent communication and content alignment.
  • Partner Onboarding & Servicing: Support partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for content delivery and integration.
  • New Partner Acquisition: Proactively seek and onboard new partners to expand Holywater’s series/books portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content acquisition, business development, or account management in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of content trends and competitor analysis in the digital entertainment space.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing partnerships and servicing content providers.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Independency in workflow; ability to find solutions quickly; “get the job done” mindset.
  • Advanced English is a must.
