That’s why we’re opening a new role: Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IP management: Support with MyDrama`s catalogue management (sales, IP distribution), content acquisition operations for MyDrama& Freebits (communication with partners, operational support)
  • Business Development (BizDev): Build relationships with smaller and mid-sized content partners, preparing for the scalability of these partnerships over time.
  • Account Management: Manage ongoing relationships with less prioritized partners, ensuring consistent communication and content alignment.
  • Partner Onboarding & Servicing: Support partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for content delivery and integration.
  • New Partner Acquisition: Proactively seek and onboard new partners to expand Holywater’s series/books portfolio.'

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including experience in client-facing roles
  • English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate to Advanced, with confidence in both written and verbal communication
  • Proven experience in B2B outreach: launching and managing outreach campaigns from scratch
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Snov.io, Reply.io — at least one is a must)
  • Ability to collaborate with legal/compliance departments during deal negotiation processes
  • Experience in building and segmenting outreach databases
  • Analytical mindset — ability to track and interpret campaign performance metrics to iterate and optimize outreach
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented approach — ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
