What you will do:

  • Launch and analyse the performance of Ad campaigns (Meta Ads).
  • Analyse key funnel metrics (CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA) and optimise them in Tableau.
  • Work with business metrics such as LTV, ROAS, etc.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through market research, testing marketing hypotheses, and expanding into new localisations.
  • Handle marketing-related operational tasks (automation tools, interaction with advertising partners, etc.)

What do you need to join us:

  • 1+ year of experience as an analyst, auditor, or consultant (BIG4, consulting, FMCG) or similar data-driven roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to work with large datasets and make informed decisions.
  • English level of Intermediate+.
  • Basic understanding of unit economics and user acquisition funnels.
  • Ability to manage your time and workflow efficiently.
  • A solid track record of performance in your current or previous roles.
  • Passion for working with impactful mobile apps.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to share and discuss ideas.
  • Desire and readiness to grow fast and learn continuously.

Working schedule
