Currently, we are looking for a Senior/Lead Marketing Analyst to join the Promova team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop analytical processes from scratch and drive data-driven decision-making. You will not only focus on marketing analytics but also collaborate closely with Data Science and Machine Learning projects.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
  • Proven experience in mentoring analysts or leading a small team.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau (or other BI tools).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and traffic attribution models.
  • Experience with mobile app analytics (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, GA4).
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for collaboration with global teams.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ASO, influencer marketing).
  • Managing and mentoring a team of marketing analysts.
  • Conducting data discovery research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Driving day-to-day performance marketing analytics and measuring key KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention).
  • Creating and automating reports and dashboards in Tableau, Amplitude, and other BI tools.
