We are looking for a Strategic Analyst for our innovative AI Social Discovery product, who will identify business growth opportunities through the analysis of marketing, product, financial, and payment data. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to develop financial models, conduct competitor analysis and market research, and provide recommendations for strategic decisions. The analyst will work with cross-functional teams to increase product performance & optimize customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze & interpret large data sets related to marketing, product, financial, and payment data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth;
  • Design and implement financial models that align with business objectives;
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions;
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey, product performance, and marketing ROI;
  • Conduct financial analysis, including budget tracking, profitability analysis, and cost-benefit assessments for marketing and product initiatives;
  • Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and performance tracking.

Hard Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in Big4, IB, PE, VC, or other consulting & investment related positions;
  • Ability to decompose, analyze and interpret key financial and operational business metrics;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Financial modeling skills;
  • Advanced skills in conducting research and visualizing it in the form of presentations;
  • Advanced level of English.

Would be a plus:

  • Basic understanding of key product metrics for mobile applications (such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, LTV).;
  • Experience in using data analysis tools (such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI);
  • Understanding the capabilities and limitations of major mobile intelligence services (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc.);
  • Experience with popular analytics tools for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
