Now we are looking CRM Lead for external (non-Genesis) product company - Refocus.

Refocus is an international educational digital marketing platform. They are distinguished from others by their focus on high-quality long-term education - they want to improve the qualifications of marketers in the international arena for a long time. Also, Refocus has strong expertise in marketing, since they have been leading projects as a marketing agency for 4 years.

Refocus are already recommended by Yandex, Tinkoff, Kiwi, Forbes and Mail.Ru. Refocus works with Spain, Great Britain, Russia, India, Latin America. United States and Brazil are coming soon.

Currently Refocus is looking for remote CRM Lead.

Requirements:

  • 2+ experience working with CRM Systems on customer side as CRM/ Retention/DTS Manager.
  • Experience working with emails / sms (AMO CRM distributors, GetResponce, Esputnik, Unisender, Expertsender, Emarsys).
  • Strong knowledge of all key metrics (DR / OR / CTR).
  • Experience with base segmentation and development of communications.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working with EdTech, startups.
  • Upper Intermediate English.
  • Technical educational background.

Tasks:

    • Deliver professional technical consulting and support CRM.
    • Support in optimizing all campaigns for email, SMS, app pushes, and on-site targeting campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, send time, etc.
    • Analyze results of campaigns on a daily basis, create weekly and monthly reporting with insights and recommendations for optimizations.
    • Mentor and row expertize of team members.
    • Develop mediaplans of CRM channels.
