Promin agency is looking for a Junior PPC Specialist who is eager to learn, passionate about digital marketing, and excited to contribute to creating impactful campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns to help meet our growth objectives while working within budget limits.
- Oversee and manage multimillion-dollar budgets across paid marketing channels, including search, display, and YouTube ads.
- Explore and test new advertising channels and technologies.
- Leverage Google Analytics for tracking and reporting, integrating data into Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio for visualization.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing clear insights, actionable recommendations, and optimization strategies.
- Monitor key metrics across all channels, including budget pacing, LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR.
- Assist in campaign optimization to ensure efficient spending through A/B testing and learnings from creatives, landing pages, and other elements.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop and approve ad creatives.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 6 months + of experience managing paid traffic in an advertising agency or product company.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making.
- At least 6 months of experience with Google Ads.
- Familiarity with key metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, and CPL.
- Knowledge of how to improve Quality Score (QS) and AdRank in Google Ads.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, DAX, and SQL, with a solid understanding of funnel analytics and A/B testing.
- English level B2.
