What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring across a variety of technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
- Design and execute sourcing strategies across global markets
- Build scalable, data-informed recruiting processes from scratch
- Source candidates beyond LinkedIn — using networks, partnerships, and creative channels
- Track and improve funnel efficiency through hiring metrics and insights
- Actively shape the culture of a fast-scaling, mission-driven startup
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in talent acquisition
- Experience with international hiring; fluent in English interviews
- Proven ability to build pipelines through creative sourcing methods
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with recruiting metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
- Proactive mindset — adaptable, independent, and outcome-focused
Nice to Have
- Understanding of ex-consultant profiles (Big-3 / Big-4)
- Familiarity with performance marketing and related talent profiles
