Now we are looking for a Sales Engineer / Implementation Engineer for external (non-Genesis) product company — Adapty.
We help mobile app developers to better sell mobile subscriptions. The main features of the product are an SDK for connecting in-game purchases, subscription analytics and A / B tests of payment screens (paywalls). Our product allows you to increase profits by an average of 20-30% in the first few months.
Our mission is to democratize large-scale experimentation and subscription work and make it accessible to a wide range of mobile enterprises.
What you will do:
- support sales & customer success team with deep technical knowledge and understanding of Adapty;
- serve as the technical liaison between sales and customer success team;
- as the customer facing implementation engineer, this role acts as the primary resource in solving technical issues and inquiries in pre-sales and onboarding processes;
- proactively engage with product and engineering teams on roadmap, soliciting and sharing customer/prospect feedback where necessary;
- assist in documentation efforts around Adapty product offerings, internal knowledge base, and training resources.
About you:
- experience in mobile development or technical background;
- extensive experience in technical demo;
- knowledge of REST API, SQL at the level of writing simple queries;
- english language proficiency at upper intermediate level and above;
- analytical mindset, creativity, attentiveness.
