Now we are looking for a Product Manager for external (non-Genesis) product company — Mate academy.
Mate academy - EdTech company that develops products for the education and employment of students in tech. Students study for free until they get a job in tech. 1800+ of our graduates have found their dream job in 250+ IT companies. 90% of our graduates get job in tech.
Our mission - is to build the University of the future in Computer Science, teach people programming and help them find their first job in tech for thousands of people worldwide.
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and customers to scale the product. A product manager will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a start-up environment and strive to understand a variety of technologies.
Your tasks will be:
- develop product requirements and prioritize functions;
- work with the team to prioritize development tasks;
- increase the number of customers;
- scale the product and make it profitable.
We are looking for someone who has:
- product Management/Startup Experience;
- good understanding of how products work under the hood;
- excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize;
- strong business sense and a passion for using data to make decisions;
- english level - not lower than Upper-intermediate.
As a plus:
- an entrepreneurial spirit: you have side projects (startups or other non-tech businesses);
- demonstrated success launching excellent products;
- technical background.
