We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to drive Promova's growth in the Brazilian market. Brazil is already on track for Promova, and we are seeing high interest from local users. This role is crucial in executing local marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, attracting new users, and supporting business expansion in the region.
About You:
- Deep understanding and knowledge about Brazil and the LATAM market.
- Curiosity, desire to learn fast, and work in an international company.
- Hating bureaucracy, passion for startup culture with green lights on autonomy, brave experiments, and resources for their embodiment.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or brand development.
- Experience managing advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Knowledge of Brazilian market trends, user behavior, and preferred communication channels.
- Strong understanding of user organic acquisition methods SEO, ASO, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amplitude, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Experience in partnership marketing and influencer collaborations.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese (C1+) and English (B2+), Spanish is a plus.
Your Areas of Impact:
- Lead and coordinate the Brazil marketing squad, working with specialists (UAMs, SEO, content creators, partnership managers, SMM, brand managers, CRM marketing managers, etc.).
- Adapt and execute the global marketing strategy for the Brazilian market.
- Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Develop and oversee partnerships with local influencers, bloggers, media, and strategic partners.
- Manage content localization for social media, email, website, and advertising.
- Track market trends, analyze campaign performance (CPI, CPA, CAC, Retention, Engagement), and prepare reports.
- Oversee social media growth and community engagement in Brazil.
- Work cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, PR, Product, and Growth teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Propose the monetization tests and impact on specific business models for Brazil and the LATAM market.
