Currently, we are looking for a full-time remote Human Resources Generalist for external (non-Genesis) product company — RedTrack.io.

RedTrack.io - ad tracking and conversion attribution platform. We started RedTrack in 2017 to make it easy for media buyers to consolidate and report data. While that principle still lies on the basis of our business, it has transformed into our core value to solve growth-related challenges in media-buying through sophisticated technology and human assistance. Today, our team works in 5 countries and engages with customers from 107 countries daily.

Your tasks will be:

  • Being able to manage and support all Recruitment & HR processes;
  • 2+ years of experience as HR/Recruiter;
  • Good understanding and experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding, offboarding, performance review, adaptation, etc.);
  • Experience with closing different IT/non-IT positions (Middle/Senior Level) and participating in all stages of recruiting process;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong decision-making skills;
  • Relationship management, Influencing and negotiating skills.

Who we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience working in HR in the IT-sphere;
  • Experience in recruitment (active search of candidates, knowledge of recruiting and hunting tools);
  • Experience in building and implementation of HR processes and development of HR tools;
  • Experience in cross-organizational and cross-functional teamwork;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
