The Sales Development Representative position is being introduced to strengthen EverHelp’s sales strategy by engaging potential clients and supporting the sales process. This role is key to driving growth and expanding the company's market reach.

The mission of the SDR is to identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and communicate the value of EverHelp’s services. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team, contributing to the company’s growth and market expansion.

Your future responsibilities include:

  • Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms,
  • Perform lead generation via cold calling, emailing, prospecting, etc.,
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads,
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system,
  • Research the market and identify potential target customers (ICPs),
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects,
  • Create and maintain a database of potential customers, including top targets within the industry,
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.

Needed experience & skills:

  • Previous new business experience, ideally from a company in the same or similar industry,
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach,
  • Track record of achieving sales KPIs,
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
