Currently, we are looking for a full-time Head of Sales (non-Genesis) product company Refocus.
Refocus - a fast-growing international online-educational company. We are already working in the Philippines and Indonesia. We have over 5000 students in 6 countries around the world.

Responsibilities:
- hire and manage a sales team and maintain strong monthly growth;
- build up a quality control team;
- think and make decisions based on numbers;
- independently engage into sales and help managers to bring to a deal;
- hire and develop a sales team;
Requirements:
- has minimum 2 years of working experience in managing sales team;
- experience with sales of digital products is an advantage;
- have Upper-intermediate English level and Advanced Bahasa level;
- a powerful seller who closed deals with big check (average check >$500) ;
- an inborn leader who managed 10+ members teams;
- proven track record of achieving sales targets individually and as a part of a team;
