At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook Advertising (Google/ Tiktok/ others a Plus)
Experience managing budgets over $100,000/mo.
In-depth understanding of the general principles of user acquisition and performance marketing
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
English upper intermediate or higher


Responsible for defining, implementing, and owning an end-to-end marketing strategy across all channels
Be hands-on in creating a web experience that increases traffic and engagement, improves conversions, creates pipeline, and ultimately revenue
Launch, measure performance and optimize digital marketing campaigns (primarily Meta)
Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities and channels to drive growth.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive results.
Manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
