The opening of the Sales Manager vacancy is driven by the need to expand the customer base and strengthen long-term partnerships. The primary goal is to increase the company's profitability through effective lead management and successful deal closures. Expanding the team will optimize the lead acquisition process and ensure steady sales growth.
Your future responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound leads – qualification, needs assessment, and solution presentation,
- Initiating first contact with clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn,
- Identifying customer needs and creating tailored proposals,
- Managing objections, preparing, and delivering presentations,
- Closing deals and transferring clients to the account manager,
- Working with CRM – managing deals, updating statuses, and recording communication details.
Needed experience & skills:
- 2 years of commercial experience,
- Proven experience in negotiations and closing deals,
- English proficiency at C1 level (both spoken and written),
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot),
- Strong motivation and result-oriented mindset,
- Ability to handle objections and conduct negotiations effectively,
- Excellent time management and organizational skills,
- Experience in cold calling and cold emailing,
- Knowledge of sales methodologies.
