Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among the top 5 online language learning services worldwide. We are currently looking for a skilled Creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to — find powerful creatives that “hit right in the heart” of millions of users worldwide—from Japan to Greenland—and, as a result, help them discover Promova, an effective and user-friendly language-learning platform.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Constantly generating new ideas for creatives.
  • Analyzing the market for creative trends, quickly spotting viral content on TikTok and Instagram, and creating engaging videos to attract users.
  • Turning ideas into polished visuals and videos by creating clear and detailed briefs for the design team.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions with creative marketers, User Acquisition Managers, and designers.
  • Analyzing the performance of tested creatives, identifying patterns and growth opportunities, and validating marketing hypotheses through creative experiments.
  • When needed, independently shoot videos for creatives and make minor edits using CapCut or similar tools.

ABOUT YOU:

  • At least 1 year of experience in performance / digital / creative marketing / сopywriting / scriptwriting.
  • Experience in creating advertising creatives for social media (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.), or for Google Ads.
  • Experience in market analysis, competitor research, and consumer insights.
  • Experience with Figma, Miro, and the ability to summarize and systematize creatives.
  • Experience with AI tools, photo and video editors.
  • Understanding applied human psychology—why consumers take certain actions.
  • Experience working as a performance marketer is optional.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Copywriting skills.
